ADDIE model for developing electronic training content

Abstract

The process of creating effective e-learning includes: Instructional Design and Instructional Development of e-learning. Design is a solution, and development is an action. The design of the training is a process in which the individual structural elements are organized. The effectiveness of e-learning depends on the preliminary analysis of the situation and learners, the correct definition of learning objectives, the choice of strategies and delivery tools. The aim of the article is to present one of the most popular models for e-learning development - ADDIE, highlighting the main advantages and disadvantages of the model.
