Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.

Where available, DOIs or URLs for the references have been provided.
You can use Crossref's free Simple Text Query service to find DOIs: https://doi.crossref.org/simpleTextQuery - The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Copyright Notice
All published articles in the ESNBU are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, and although their new works must also acknowledge you and be non-commercial, they don't have to license their derivative works on the same terms.
In other words, under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license users are free to:
Share - copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt - remix, transform, and build upon the material
Under the following terms:
Attribution (by) - All CC licenses require that others who use your work in any way must give you credit the way you request, but not in a way that suggests you endorse them or their use. If they want to use your work without giving you credit or for endorsement purposes, they must get your permission first.
NonCommercial (nc) - You let others copy, distribute, display, perform, and modify and use your work for any purpose other than commercially unless they get your permission first.
If the article is to be used for commercial purposes, we suggest authors be contacted by email.
If the law requires that the article be published in the public domain, authors will notify ESNBU at the time of submission, and in such cases the article shall be released under the Creative Commons 1 Public Domain Dedication waiver CC0 1.0 Universal.
Copyright
Copyright for articles published in ESNBU are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Authors retain full publishing rights and are encouraged to upload their work to institutional repositories, social academic networking sites, etc. ESNBU is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.
Exceptions to copyright policy
Occasionally ESNBU may co-publish articles jointly with other publishers, and different licensing conditions may then apply.
Privacy Statement
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
We collect personal data, but we respect the privacy and rights of our web site visitors too!
Personal data will be processed based on Consent according to European Union law Art.6(1)(a) GDPR or as legitimate interest in accordance to Art.6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Authors
The names, email addresses, affiliations, job titles, academic degrees, telephone number and postal address submitted to this journal will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal. However, we are required to display the names, email addresses, affiliations, job titles and academic degrees on published articles and on the site in order to operate the journal.
By submitting a manuscript, authors consent to the journal processing their personal data as stipulated in this Privacy Statement and in accordance with the GDPR.
Web site visitors
The site collects stats through a third-party service by sending a cookie to the visitors' computer. However, personally identifiable information such as visitor's name, telephone number, postal address and email address are technically impossible to collect and no attempt is made to do so. The information that is recorded consists of the date and time of visit, ip address, browser (e.g. Firefox 3.5), operating system version (e.g. Windows 7), screen resolution (e.g. 800x600), referring link, the current page url and the current page title. This information is collected solely to improve our operations and for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.
